Return and warranty policy

Thank you for your support to mosalogic, we sincerely hope that our products can help you, because our goal is to help more people stay away from germs. If you have any problems during the use of your product, please contact us in time, we will do our best to help you.
We provide a return and warranty policy to protect the rights and interests of purchasers.   


All mosalogic products have a one-year warranty period, which starts from the day the goods are received. If you register as our mailbox, we will extend your warranty period for another half year.

When your product goes wrong, please follow the steps :
  1. Contact us by sending an email to
  2. Provide your name and order number
  3. Describe the product failure (man-made damage cannot be guaranteed and returned)
  4. If conditions permit, please provide high-definition pictures or videos
After we receive the email, we will immediately analyze the cause of the problem and help you.  


Mosalogic provides return service within 30 days after delivery, it cannot be returned after 30 days, only the warranty.
Return process:
  1. Contact us by sending an email to
  2. Provide your name and order number.
  3. Provide the reason for the return.
  4. If necessary, please provide high-resolution pictures or videos of the product.
  5. Mosalogic replies and provide youwith return label.
  6. Put thereturn label inthe product.
  7. Arrange product delivery to the address we give.
  8. After the goods arrive at the place of return, we will handle the refund within 3 working days.
Mosalogic respects our employees’ vacation rights, so that during weekends and holidays(China Time) returns will not be handled on weekends and holidays but be handled quickly during working days.

Return conditions:

  1. The return must include all accessories.
  2. All returned goods must be unworn, in the original packaging.
  3. For the return request unrelated to quality, the buyer shall bear the return freight.
